In order to give lodges the mentorship they need to deliver on their plan toward high performance, the National Order of the Arrow Committee is proud to recognize a coaching program to inspire grassroots change — Thrive Connect.
Through a customized, unique approach, lodges enroll in a partnership, discover the largest obstacles inhibiting growth, develop a laser-focused strategy to overcome them, and create long-term breakthroughs to achieve high performance.
