Q. Dear Ray:
I would like to know if the NOAC promotional patches are exclusively reserved for NOAC contingent participants or can they be distributed outside the contingent to lodge members?

Thank you!
Luis

A. Luis
Great question! The purpose of the patch is to promote the National Order of the Arrow Conference, primarily by being worn on the uniform by lodge contingent members and staff. While we encourage lodges to focus distribution primarily on those Arrowmen who are attending the conference, we certainly appreciate that patches are often traded and distributed broadly (particularly when there is no limit on orders). Your lodge may determine the level of control that is appropriate, so long as the contingent members are all provided an opportunity to get the patches. Regardless, only Arrowmen attending NOAC should actually wear the patch on their uniform.
