What is the term of office for the OA Troop/Team Representative? Some unit leaders use a 6 month term, but I heard it was supposed to be 12 month term.

Thank you for your question.
We have left the term of office open to the discretion of the Senior Patrol Leader and Scoutmaster to discern what is best for the unit, their OA program, and for the work they are doing to develop the young people in their program.
