Q. Dear Ray,
Does an assistant Scoutmaster acting as the troop representative adviser need to be at least 21 years old since if he is not he would still be a youth in the Order?

Yours in Service,
Brendan

A. Brendan,
Yes, as you suspected, the troop rep adviser (he or she) must be 21 years of age. More information regarding the requirements to be a troop/team representative adviser can be found in this Troop/Team Representative FAQ.
