Q. Ray,
If I wish to remain a member of the Order of the Arrow, do I have to be registered with the BSA or with a Boy Scout troop? Can I be a member of the OA if my registration is solely in a Venturing crew?

Thanks,
Shannon

A. Shannon,
Thank you for your email.

Yes, once inducted after being elected by a troop or team, you can remain an Arrowmen while registered in the BSA solely in a Venturing crew, provided of course, you pay your local lodge dues.
