Session Objectives
- Explain the purpose of the OA Unit Representative and resources available
- Demonstrate the importance of working closely with the unit leader in developing effective representatives
- Guide Arrowmen past the potential challenges in establishing or maintaining the OA Unit Representative program in their chapter/lodge.
- Enable participants to develop methods to establish and/or increase the effectiveness of OA Unit Representatives in their chapter/lodge.
