Ceremonies Advising

“Ceremonies Advising” is designed for OA advisers with an interest in ceremonies. This full day course will teach both new and experienced ceremonies advisers how to fulfill the ceremonial mission as role-model teachers and inspirational examples for Arrowmen. Featured topics include adviser philosophy, thorough examination of the Order’s ceremonies, basic induction education, analysis of ideal adviser/Arrowman relationships, and practical skill-building exercises in recruiting, training, and supporting ceremonialists as an integral part of the Order’s induction process. Upon completion, students will be prepared to serve confidently and productively as titled lodge or chapter ceremonies advisers. This is an Ordeal safeguarded session.
