Supporting Lodges
Lodges nationwide contribute extensive service hours and collaborate on lasting projects, often supported by lodge service grants from the National OA Endowment, which also funds advanced leadership training for Arrowmen through National Leadership Seminars.
Supporting Scouting
The Order of the Arrow's primary mission has long been to support scouting, with the OA Endowment playing a crucial role in funding significant scholarship programs, outdoor conservation and leadership initiatives, and the preservation of the Order's history, including projects like OA Trail Crew, Wilderness Voyage & Canadian Odyssey, OA Summit Experience, Josh R. Sain Scholarships, and History and Preservation efforts.
