NOAC 2022 June Update

We are excited to invite you to attend the 2022 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) on July 25-30, 2022 at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville! NOACs are the OA’s largest event, with upwards of 8,000 attendees from lodges nationwide expected to gather for the best national conference yet!

After more than a year of living through this pandemic, we can’t wait to get back to NOAC and watch the nightly stadium shows, watch lodges compete for glory in the sports and ceremony competitions, and meet Arrowmen from around the nation, all while spending a week living in a college dorm—and yes, it will have air conditioning!

Interested in joining us in Knoxville? Attendees can register for next year’s NOAC as one of four categories:

  1. Delegates - Participants who register directly with a lodge contingent. Lodge leadership will coordinate payment of conference fees.
  2. Individuals - Participants who register outside of their lodge contingent. Council Scout executives must still approve these individuals’ attendance. These participants will register directly through the National OA Event Registration System (NOAERS) and will be housed in premium (hotel) housing. This option is only available for adult participants at least 21 years old.
  3. Staff - Volunteers who execute the conference and coordinate their own travel. Staff opportunities are available for both youth and adults. Staff can either choose to stay in University of Tennessee, Knoxville dorms or premium (hotel) housing and will register directly through the National OA Event Registration System (NOAERS).
  4. Virtual Delegates - Participants who do not travel to Knoxville but still want to watch a livestream of NOAC programs and other exclusive content. These individuals will register directly through NOAERS.

Staff and individual registration opens October 4th! Delegates should check with their lodge for registration details!

To hear more about what’s in store at next year’s NOAC, follow the conference's social media pages on Instagram and Twitter @OANOAC and like the Facebook page, “NOAC,” to be one of the first to hear the theme announcement in August and other updates! Make sure to keep checking NOAC2022.org to stay informed with all of the information regarding NOAC!

In order to ensure a successful conference, every lodge in the nation will be provided with a unique registration goal. The goals were developed based on a few factors, like past conference attendance and distance from the conference. If every lodge meets their goal, NOAC 2022 will be our largest conference in recent years. Talk to your lodge leadership today to find out how you can help promote the conference in your lodge!

A few reminders on why you should join us for this exciting event:

  • Gather with upwards of 8,000 other Arrowmen who will attend NOAC, the OA’s largest event!
  • Watch the nightly shows, including live entertainment, a laser light show, appearances by national officers, and more!
  • Meet and talk with Arrowmen and Scouts from across the country, all gathered together in one place!
  • Spend a week living in an air-conditioned college dorm room at UT! Your lodge contingent will be housed together during the conference.

We hope to see you join us for NOAC 2022!
