Thrive Partner

Thrive
1-3 Hours per week
September - May
Youth, Youth+, Adult

As a Thrive Partner, you will have a chance to join these lodges, enabling them to make a breakthrough. Thrive Partners are experienced Arrowmen at the lodge, section, and national levels who want to spend time to help grow our organization by engagement at the local lodge level. You will be paired in engagement teams of four Arrowmen, youth and adult, and go through a three-week training process to learn about our discovery and coaching phases. Then, you will partner with a lodge to unlock their potential, typically meeting once a week with their LEC for one hour. Some additional work may need to be done outside of this time, including engaging with the entire Thrive team

If interested in this opportunity, fill out this form. If you want to learn more about thrive, visit oa-bsa.org/thrive or email thrive@oa-bsa.org.

About the OA Volunteer Board

As a nonprofit organization that prioritizes youth leadership, the Order of the Arrow relies on a dedicated team of both youth and adult volunteers to ensure the successful operation of its programs. The national volunteer opportunities within this board are intended for individuals who have already given substantial time at the lodge, section, and region level, and still seek to volunteer further in the OA. For more information on the OA’s structure please see this page.
