Local Relations Team Lead

The Local Relations Team Lead holds biweekly meetings with the team as well as communicates with the group of Key Communicators every other week through interactive polls, virtual meetings, and any other necessary means. They are responsible for oversight of the responses to all questions Key Communicators may have as well as organization of interactions with Key Communicators.

 

The Local Relations Team Lead represents the team at all pillar leadership meetings as well as monthly key leadership calls. They are to keep up with other teams within the NCC on tasks that they work together on, such as any planned trainings or roundtable discussions for Key Communicators. Through the tools of the NCC, they help to grow the Key Communicators program and develop individuals in the area of communication to help strengthen the communication within lodge
