The application manager is:
Responsible for assigning applications to team leads,
Responsible for assigning an Onboarding Manager to each application,
Responsible for ensuring applications do not stagnate and are proactively addressed,
Owning the Asana project,
Keeping track of who has been onboarded the turnaround time, and collaborating with the team lead to make the process as efficient as possible,
Adding accepted applicants to the NCC Master Roster,
Maintaining Onboarding Analytics.
