Illinek Lodge in central Illinois is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year! They have planned many events throughout the year such as a birthday party during their summer fellowship, and a celebratory banquet/auction. They issued a number of 75 limited edition numbered belt buckles, along with new t- shirts and a special diamond jubilee patch.

In 1938, Ma-Nu Lodge was first chartered to the Central Oklahoma Area Council, later renamed Last Frontier Council. Seventy-five years later, present day Ma-Nu Lodge Arrowmen are now celebrating their huge milestone in several ways. Every event in 2013 has had something amazing or special about it, whether a record or just an amazing feat, to add to the 75th anniversary excitement. A visit from the 2012 National Chief John Rehm, the establishment of an amazing shows team, a new ceremonialist recognition program, a pool party, a complete re-branding of the lodge logo, and a set of world-class 75th anniversary patches have all been in the works. The Ma-Nu leadership is currently preparing for the lodge's annual fall fellowship that will be the largest and most riveting event in lodge history. On the agenda is a 700-foot zip-line, mountain biking, shotgun shooting, hiking, canoeing, an ice-cream social, a batman trilogy movie marathon party, and much more.

Tulpe Lodge of Annawon Council #225 is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year. In recognition of this milestone, the lodge is holding a fellowship event in late October and inviting their brothers from surrounding lodges in their section. The lodge is also producing a 70th anniversary flap, a throwback to the lodge's first fully embroidered flap. Finally, Arrowmen in Tulpe are working hard to prepare an updated lodge history; throughout the year, they have been meeting with past lodge chiefs from the 1950s through present day to compile the lodge's history and gather historical documents for archiving. The project is expected to last through the end of the year and much of the work is going to be posted online.

Happy birthday to these lodges, and to all lodges celebrating a special anniversary this year!
