To continue to ensure a safe and successful jamboree, the subcamp leadership would like to remind all Operation Arrow staff staying in the Echo 1 Subcamp of a few items:

  • On Saturday, July 22nd, it is critical that all Operation Arrow staff arrive at the dining hall at 3:45pm. A zesty blue polo and hat is required to be served by the dining hall. Due to the staff’s major role in the show, it is imperative everyone has eaten and arrives at the AT&T Summit Stadium by 5pm. You will not be served if you arrive later than 3:45pm.
  • Chaplains are available in the subcamp headquarters to consult at any time. Medical staff is also stationed in the subcamp headquarters 24/7.
  • Laundry services are open daily from 6am-9am and 3pm-6pm.
  • All mail for Operation Arrow staff is made available in the Operation Arrow headquarters on top of the hill behind Basecamp Echo; it will not be available in the subcamp headquarters.
  • The Echo Basecamp closes at 11pm each night. Nobody will be allowed in or out of their tents after this time. Items at the charging station need to be picked up before 11pm, or they will stay overnight.
