You may be wondering, what is Thrive? Well, Thrive is the national consulting program that empowers lodges to overcome their unique challenges through individualized mentorship. This is led by specially trained partners from across the Order whose sole mission is to guide lodge leaders on their journey to success!
Thrive works directly with lodges on the visions and ideas they want to develop. Every engagement with Thrive is individually tailored to your specific lodge. Thrive puts an emphasis on personal growth, which ensures lodge leaders of all skills and backgrounds are set up for success. When engaging with our team, you can expect to gain the experience and capabilities of leaders who have been in your shoes. This will help you in leading your lodge to new heights, and tackling the most difficult challenges your lodge faces.
Now you may be asking, does Thrive really help? Well, so far the Thrive program has proven to be quite successful. Since the program was established in 2020, lodges that have completed Thrive have scored 8% higher than the national average on the Performance Measurement Program.
