This toolkit was created with the purpose of assisting lodges and sections in promoting the 2024 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC). Feel free to adapt messages to best suit your audience or even create your own NOAC promotional content.
We highly encourage using any means that your lodge or section has available to promote NOAC 2024 among your membership. To encourage this, we have provided tools including social media posts with captions, flyers, elevator pitches, email templates and more that you can use on your own platforms. Social media posts can be adapted to any platform but are specifically intended for Facebook and Instagram. Captions and email templates can also be easily adjusted to best target your intended audience.
Promotion Best Practices
- Always give a call to action when promoting. This means tying a direct action such as visiting oa-bsa.org/NOAC or completing an interest form so that Arrowmen understand the next step towards attending NOAC 2024.
- Balance giving logistical details with your testimony of the impact of NOAC. Making a personal connection with a single Arrowmen will go further than a social media post reaching hundreds.
- Be approachable and open to questions. If you are not sure of the answer, direct them to oa-bsa.org/NOAC/FAQs and explain more information will be released in early October 2023.

Branding
The NOAC 2024 logo will be released in early 2024. Contingents are encouraged to used the long-term NOAC branding available below for promotional efforts.

NOAC 2024 Promotion Patch
Upon your contingent’s registration and receipt of deposits, your contingent leader will be sent a promotion patch for each deposit to be worn in the ‘jamboree’ position above your right pocket. Staff and individual registrants will receive their promotion patch after submitting their deposit.
