Onboarding & Integration Adviser

2-4 Hours per week
Year Round Position

We are seeking an adult (21+) adviser for the National Communications Committee’s Onboarding & Integration team.
This team is responsible for the membership processes of the approximately 100-person committee, including application/interviewing/onboarding/orientation/offboarding, contact information management, YPT & BSA verification enforcement, and member access management to our various day-to-day online tools.
Your expertise in interviewing processes, spreadsheet data entry & management, and growing youth leaders will be invaluable in supporting the OA’s national communication efforts across this website, social media, email newsletters, and more.

As a nonprofit organization that prioritizes youth leadership, the Order of the Arrow relies on a dedicated team of both youth and adult volunteers to ensure the successful operation of its programs. The national volunteer opportunities within this board are intended for individuals who have already given substantial time at the lodge, section, and region level, and still seek to volunteer further in the OA.
