Members of the Operation Arrow staff are expected to arrive any time on July 16, 2017, and earlier is better. Staff members will depart any time on the July 28, 2017, and later is better.

For those traveling by personal vehicle, after you have parked your vehicle in storage, you will be transported to your designated camping area via bus with all of your belongings. You will have intermittent opportunities to access your vehicle during the jamboree. A shuttle service will be established for that purpose. Vehicular traffic will be kept to a minimum at SBR.

For those traveling by air, fly into Charleston’s Yeager Airport (CRW) or the Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). Before booking a flight, please reference the available staff shuttle information available on the jamboree staff page of the SBR website to ensure that a shuttle will be available for you at your desired arrival time. Additional information on booking your shuttle for a nominal fee will be shared in the coming weeks.

For any questions and concerns on arrival and departure, please email our leadership team at @email.
