Lodge Re-charter Process
Re-charter instructions were mailed to scout executives in October. Remember that the re-charter application is no longer available in hard copy. You may access the re-charter form under the FORMS section on the national website or using this link.
You will want to email the form to the national office using the EMAIL FORM button. Upon obtaining signatures from the lodge chief, lodge adviser, and scout executive, mail THREE copies to the national office along with a council check for full payment of fees by December 31. With the holiday rush upon us, you may want to tackle this task in early December so that your council office has adequate time to process your check request.
