2010 Western Region Chief, Fred Gross
| How do you feel to be a national officer? What is
most exciting about the role? |
I am honored to be elected and looking forward to seeing High Adventure
this summer.

| What are you most looking forward to? |
Camping and showing the power of the wilderness to young Arrowmen
around the country
|
| What are your earliest memories of the OA? |
Working on my Brotherhood with my Chapter Adviser.

| What was your first leadership position and what was the greatest
lesson learned from it? |
I was a patrol leader and I learned not to yell, but ask.
One of the best things I learned was to lead from the front and do
the dishes every night.

| What is the coolest thing you have done in Scouting? |
OA Trail Crew and backpacking with my troop.
|
| What makes you proudest to be an Arrowmen? |
The service to the nation that we do on a daily, monthly, and
yearly basis. It is amazing to see how much we accomplish
working together.
|
| What are some awesome things you have done in the OA? |
Building trails for ArrowCorps5
and seeing everyone come together
at NOAC.
|
| What makes the OA so cool? |
Youth leadership!
|
