2010 National Chief, Brad Lichota

How do you feel to be a national officer? What do you find most exciting about the role?

I'm privileged and honored to have the opportunity to serve this Order. I'm so excited to see the Spirit of Scouting across the entire nation grow as we start this new year.

What are you most looking forward to?

I'm looking forward to sharing the Spirit of Scouting with Arrowmen across the nation while leading this Order into the next century of service.

What are your earliest memories of the OA?

Going to the local Steak 'n Shake after our lodge's LEC meeting.

What was your first leadership position and what was the greatest lesson you learned from it?

I was the secretary/treasurer of my chapter. I learned the importance of hard work, dedication and enthusiasm.

What is the coolest thing you've done in Scouting?

Serving on the Instructor Corps staff for ArrowCorps5 in 2008.

What makes you proudest to be an Arrowman?

Being able to share a Brotherhood with some of the finest Scouts and Scouters in this country.

What awesome things have you done in the OA?

I've been able to experience OA Trail Crew, NOACs and ArrowCorps5.

What makes the OA so cool?

The different dynamics that each Arrowman brings to strengthen the traditions of our Order.
