Meet the Man from HomeA highlight of the NOAC experience is the opportunity participants have to meet and question top leaders of the Boy Scouts of America and the Order of the Arrow. Participants can learn about the newest programs and policies of the Boy Scouts of America and the OA while attending NOAC 2004. NOAC 2004 Live! will offer the same opportunity to Arrowmen, their families and friends experiencing NOAC from home. Now you too can submit questions to the top representatives of the BSA and the Order of the Arrow, right from your own home! To submit your question click on the link at the bottom of this page. Some of the questions, and their answers, will be posted on the NOAC 2004 Live! website later in the week. Due to time limits, not all questions can be used. National Officers of the Order of the Arrow The National Officers, including the Region Chiefs, will be able to answer questions you submit about the Order of the Arrow national events and national programs. Questions must be submitted by Sunday, August 1st at 12:00 (CDT). National Order of the Arrow Committee Members of the National Order of the Arrow Committee will be available to answer questions on national OA policy, NOAC 2004, and national programs such as OA Trail Crew at Philmont and OA Wilderness Voyage. Questions for the adult members of the National Order of the Arrow Committee (not the youth officers) must be submitted by Tuesday, August 3rd at 12:00 (CDT). National Boy Scout Division Professionals Questions regarding Boy Scout training programs, camping, conservation, advancement in Scouts, the National Eagle Scout Association, and the Order of the Arrow can be posted for Professionals from the National Boy Scout Division.
