Strategies for Coping with Stress and Changes in the OA

Throughout every position we hold, whether it be within the Order of the Arrow or beyond, change is a constant part of our lives. It can be new and exciting and gives us a new goal to work towards for the future. But it can also be stressful and confusing. As section leaders, it is important for us to understand how to cope with change. By keeping ourselves physically and mentally healthy, we can better serve our sections! Join the Admonition Team later this month as we spin the dial on the Wellness Wheel and explore ways we can approach and be the leader our sections need!

This initial session will be directed towards section leadership, will be hosted via Zoom on February 27th at 5:00 PM ET, and is scheduled to run for 1.5-2 hours. Please register to attend prior to the meeting. Based on feedback and interest, future sessions may be offered or recordings made available.

Taking time to focus on your own well-being is key to success as a section leader, and this will be an excellent opportunity to do so!
