1999 National Officers

the 1999 National Chief and National Vice Chief.
Will Parker is the 1999 National Chief of the Order
of the Arrow. Parker, an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor Member, comes to us from Alibamu
Lodge 179 were he was the Section Chief of S-8B. Parker is 18 and attends Davidson College
in North Carolina and will probably major in political science. His hobbies include
playing the piano and backpacking. Parker looks forward to serving the Order in 1999 as
the National Chief and hopes to capitalize on the National Leadership Summit as a way of
providing direction for the Order as we approach the next century.
Andy Oh is the 1999 National Vice Chief
of the Order of the Arrow. Oh, an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor Member, comes to us from
Amangamek Wipit Lodge 470 were he was the Section Chief of NE-4C. Oh is 19 and attends
James Madison University in Virginia seeking a degree in Business Management and Political
Science. His hobbies include soccer, running, and reading. Oh says that the coming year
will give him the ability to meet Arrowmen from around the country. He looks forward to
the National Leadership Summit and the possibilities it represents to the leadership of
todays Arrowmen.

Aaron Kreager is the 1999 Central Region
Chief. Kreager is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor Member of Kit-Ke-Hak-O-Kut Lodge 97
were he was the Section Chief of C-6. Kreager is 18 and is from
Papillion, Nebraska. He
says it is a huge honor to be elected to a high office, to be trusted by your peers.
Ken Jenkins is the 1999 Northeast Region
Chief. Jenkins is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor Member of Allemakewink Lodge 54 were he
was the Section Chief of NE-2B. Jenkins is 19 and is from Jefferson, New
Jersey. He plans to work with section chiefs to make the outstanding section
programming even better.
John Isley is the 1999 Southern Region Chief.
Isley is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor Member of Tsoiotsi Tsogalii Lodge 70 were he was
the Section Chief of S-7B. Isley is 19 and is from Asheboro, North Carolina.
Isley is pumped up and wants to continue the tradition of service highlighted through the
"One Day" program. He also wants to increase communication through Voice,
the Southern Region OA newsletter.
Hayato Nakawatase is the 1999 Western Region
Chief. Nakawatase is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor Member of Wiatava Lodge 13 were he
was the Section Chief of W-4B. Nakawatase is 18 and is from Garden Grove,
California. Nakawatase is excited to be the new Western Region chief. He hopes
to be a positive influence during his term.
