NOAC 2006 Conference Vice Chiefs

The 2006 Conference Vice Chiefs have been elected. The following leaders, along with the National Chief, National Vice Chief and the Region Chiefs will provide the leadership for the National Order of the Arrow Conference at Michigan State University.

Activities and Recreation Rick Passanisi is the Section Chief of C-1C, and is a member of the Timmeu Lodge of the Northeast Iowa Council #178.  He has attended two NOAC's and NLS.  Rick hails from Dubuque, IA, and studies at the University of Iowa majoring in Political Science.
American Indian Activities Travis Sheehan is the Section Chief of S-4S, and is a member Aal-Pa-Tah Lodge of the Gulf Stream Council #85.  He has attended NOAC and NLS, and served on NOAC 2004, NLS, and Indian Summer 2003 staff.  Travis hails from Jupiter, FL, and studies at the University of Florida majoring in Architecture.
Extreme High Adventure Brian Chrzanowski is the Section Chief of C-2A, and is a member of Chippewa Lodge of the Clinton Valley Council #276.  He has attended NOAC, OA Ocean Adventure, and NLS.  Brian hails from West Bloomfield, MI, and studies at the University of Michigan majoring in Business Administration.
Founders' Day Kenny Bostwick is the Section Chief of W-4B, and is a member of Tiwahe Lodge of San Diego - Imperial Council #49.  He has attended NOAC and served on staff for Twelve Cubed at the 2005 National Scout Jamobree.  Kenny hails from San Diego, CA, and studies at University City High / Bringham Young University majoring in Engineering.
Inductions and Ceremonial Events Dylon Polk is the Section Chief of S-1 and is a member of Comanche Lodge of the Louisiana Purchase Council #213.  He has attended the 2004 NOAC and NLS and served on staff for NLS.  Dylon hails from Bonita, LA, and studies at Louisiana Tech majoring in Business.
Newspaper Rick Miller is the Section Chief of W-5C, and is a member of the Tatokainyanka Lodge of the Central Wyoming Council #638. He served on NLS staff, and has attended NOAC, OA Trail Crew, and NLS. Rick hails from Gilette, WY, and studies at Sharidan College majoingr in Art.
Radio / Info Booths / Hometown News Jeff Bona is a Section Chief of SR-7A, and is a member of the Tutelo Lodge of the Blue Ridge Mountains Council #599. He has attended NLS and hails from Roanoke, VA. Jeff studies at Redford University majoring in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism.
Service Corp. Spencer Long is the Chairman of the NOAC Service Corp., and is a member of the NOAC host lodge Gabe-Shi-Win-Gi-Ji-Kens of the Chief Okemos Council #271. He has attended NOAC and NLS, and served on staff at the 2004 NOAC. Spencer hails from Holt, MI, and studies at the Central Michigan University majoring in Business Teacher Education.
Shows Richard Heir is a Section Chief of NE-2B, and is a member of the Lowwapaneu Lodge of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Council #501. He served on NLS staff and has attended NOAC, Indian Summer, and NLS. Richard hails from Scranton, PA, and studies at the University of Scranton majoring in Criminal Justice.
Special Events Adam Heaps is a Section Chief of NE-4A, and is a member of the Wunita Gokhos Lodge of the Pennsylvania Dutch Council #524. He has attended NOAC twice and NLS as well as serving on staff at NLS. Adam hails from New Holland, PA, and studies at the Franklin and Marshall College majoring in Biology and Pre-Healing Arts.
The Experience David Carson is the Section Chief of W-4A, and is a member of Ta Tanka Lodge of the San Gabriel Council #40.  He has attended NOAC 2000 and OA Trail Crew.  He has served on the 2001 National Scout Jamboree and NLS staff.  David hails from West Covina, CA, and studies at Mount San Antonio College majoring in Fire Technology.

Brandon Beery is a Section Chief of C-2B, and is a member of the Nacha Mawat Lodge of the Southwest Michigan Council #270. He has served on SOS staff, and has attended NOAC twice and the National Scout Jamboree. Brandon hails from Schoolcraft, MI, and studies at the Western Michigan University majoring in Secondary Education.

Training

Brian Russ is a Section Chief of W-3A, and is a member of the Achewon Nimat Lodge of the San Francisco Bay Area Council #28. Brian hails from Livermore, CA, and studies at the University of California, Davis, majoring in English.

Web Site Andy Collins is a Section Chief of NE-1B, and is a member of Grand Monadnock Lodge of Nashua Valley Council #230.  Andy hails from Groton, MA, and studies at Southern New Hampshire University majoring in Business Administration.
