2002 National Chief

National Chief

Clay Capp has been elected as the 2002 National Chief of the Order of the Arrow. Clay, an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member, is the Section Chief of S-6N and is a member of Wa-Hi-Nasa Lodge #111 of Middle Tennessee Council. He is also an Assistant Scoutmaster in Troop 221, and lives in Nashville, TN.

Clay currently attends the University School of Nashville, where he participates in Swimming and Lacrosse and is active in the student government. Clay's favorite hobbies include backpacking and photography.

National Vice Chief

Riley Berg has been elected as the 2002 National Vice Chief of the Order of the Arrow. He is the Section Chief of W-3B and is a member of Tah-Heetch Lodge #195 of Sequoia Council. He comes from Fresno, CA.

Riley is an Eagle Scout and a Vigil Honor member of the OA. An assistant Scoutmaster with troop 35, chartered to the North Fresno Kiwanis Club. He is currently attending Fresno City College. When not Scouting, he enjoys tennis, golf, jogging, music, and surfing.

Northeast Region Chief

Brian Favat has been elected the 2002 Northeast Region Chief. Brian is the Section Chief of NE-2A and is a member of Te'kening Lodge #37 of Southern New Jersey Council. He is from Gibbsboro, NJ.

Currently attending Boston College, Brian is majoring in Finance. Brian, an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member, enjoys camping and following BC sports.

Southern Region Chief

Nathan Finnin has been elected the 2002 Southern Region Chief. Nathan is the Section Chief of S-7B and is a member of Klahican Lodge #331 of Cape Fear Council. He is from Wilmington, NC.

Nathan is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member currently attending East Carolina University. He is majoring in Philosophy and Political Science. Nathan enjoys backpacking and tennis.

Brian Herren has been elected the 2002 Central Region Chief. Brian is the Section Chief of C-3B and is a member of Cho-Gun-Mun-A-Nock Lodge #467 of Hawkeye Area Council. He is from Springville, IA.

Brian is attending Kirkwood College, and plans to major in Finance. He is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member, who enjoys skiing and rock climbing in his spare time.

Western Region Chief

Dominic Pascucci has been elected the 2002 Western Region Chief. Dominic is the Section Chief of W-3A and is a member of Achewon Nimat Lodge #282 of the San Francisco Bay Area Council. He is from San Francisco, CA.

Dominic is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member who enjoys camping and participating in his neighborhood emergency response team. He attends the College of San Mateo where he is majoring in Business Management.
