As the Order of the Arrow has now transitioned to the Journey to Excellence program
for evaluating Lodge Performance, the UCLS Sub-Committee has developed the Journey
to Excellence Guide. This new guide will assist Lodges in understanding this
new program and how best to
develop program plans to achieve the goals.
